Our QMS is structured to effectively manage the people, equipment, materials, and processes involved in our operations, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction at the most economical cost.
Our senior management is responsible for overseeing our QMS and is fully committed to continually improving its effectiveness.

Derive West Africa Ltd is an indigenous company in Nigeria incorporated under the
Nigeria Companies and Allied Matters Act.
In support of the Nigeria content Policy of the
Federal Government of Nigeria, Derive is committed to making maximum use of the
Nigerian human resources, materials, equipment and services in its operations without compromising the company’s quality
service delivery system, health, safety and
environmental standards.
In order to achieve the above, Derive West Africa Ltd shall:
• Source and Purchase goods needed for its
operations through local vendors and
contractors
• Employ and empower Nigerians in various
level of its operations
• Ensure effective participation by training
and delegation of duties to Nigerians
• Develop the quality goods and services from
Nigerian vendors and contractors meet
international standards through collaboration
in Research and Development, training and
provision of necessary assistance.
• Ensure full implementation of the Nigeria
